Autostry LLC (“Autostry”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and operates the Autostry Web site (www.autostry.com) and the Autostry mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Site”). This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies to the Site. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your information and we want you to know how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. By using the Site, you are consenting to our information practices as described in this Notice.
INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED
Information You Give Us.
We collect and retain information that you provide through the Site. The information we collect from you includes things such as your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Such information may be collected when you register for an account with us, communicate with us (such as contacting customer service, using “live chat”, etc.), respond to surveys, and subscribe to content we may offer (such as newsletters, alerts, etc.).

Information Collected Automatically Online.
We automatically collect non-personally identifiable information about your interactions with our Site to provide better customer service and to analyze trends and statistics. Under certain circumstances, we may be required to share personal information for legal purposes, such as pursuant to a regulation, judicial or other government subpoena, warrant, court order, or other legal process. We may also share such information when we believe it would be necessary to comply with the law, to respond to a government request, as well as when we believe it would be necessary or appropriate to protect Autostry, our customers, or others.
